Home is the new office

People who want to see more of their family, reduce their commuting time or concentrate in peace cherish the chance to work from home. However, team cohesion may suffer if few staff are present in the office. Megan Dalla-Camina, of IBM, says working from home is transforming rather than destroying the firm's culture. She contends that culture need not rely on a specific place or face-to-face interactions.
