EmployWise(TM) Announces the Result of its Survey Conducted to Figure out the Motivational Aspects of the Employees

Jan 10, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- EmployWise(TM) one of the leading cloud based SaaS HR automation provider has announced the result of its recently conducted survey on "What keeps employees motivated in an organization " The survey was done on LinkedIn to understand the motivational aspects of the employees in an organization. Designed by the Sr. Corporate Communication executive of EmployWise, Ms. Ambika Maggu, the questionnaire of this survey projected five challenging options to draw the response of the employees on the issue what keeps them motivated in their work. The five options put by Ms. Maggu were Constant Appreciation; Compensation; Communication; Challenging Work / Work Environment and All of the Above.


The recently announced survey result from the house of EmployWise(TM) states that 7% of total respondents chose 'Constant Appreciation' as one of factors for employee motivation. While 8% of the respondents chose 'Compensation' as one of the motivating factors. Another 8% voted for 'Communication'. While 12% of total response points out that "Challenging work or work environment" gives motivation to perform better. However, maximum respondents around 31% vote for the last option 'All the above'.

Considering the output of the survey, Ms. Maggu says that "Constant Appreciation not only makes employees feel good about their work but also keeps them motivated. Although how much money you make has no bearing on how much you enjoy your job, yet it's a known fact that employee work for money. So, compensation will definitely be a good motivating factor as earning a good amount of wage boosted the overall happiness of an employee and his/her family". Ms. Maggu continues with her analysis by stating that communication helps in maintaining an excellent human relation in the organization. But, no doubt that a positive & a challenging work environment motivates employee to become more participatory and dedicated towards the work.

She concluded by saying that all these aspects jointly keep an employee motivated and responsive towards his works. That is why the majority of percentage i.e. 31% people want all these to stay really motivated about their work.
