PowerObjects Releases Enhancements to PowerPhoto Add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Minneapolis, MN, Jan 09, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) --
PowerObjects, a professional services firm 100% focused on providing service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has announced the release of a new version of PowerPhoto. This Dynamics CRM add-on allows users to add images directly to any Microsoft Dynamics CRM record, eliminating the need to upload images as attachments and providing a quick visual reference on records.
Previously, users could only add one photo per record using the PowerPhoto add-on. With the new PowerPhoto enhancements, users can now add multiple images to a single record. Once added to a record, users will be able to view images as a set of smaller thumbnails or scroll through larger images one at a time.
PowerPhoto uses drag-and-drop technology, streamlining the process of adding photos to records. Supported extensions include JPG and PNG images.
"This add-on is a favorite among Dynamics CRM users," says Cecilie Svensgaard, who manages PowerObjects' suite of add-ons. "PowerPhoto's functionality isn't limited to serve one type of Dynamics CRM user. It's useful across the board, to any type of customer with any type of CRM implementation, whether it's on-premise or online. It's a great way to add a personal connection to contacts and accounts, and it can be very helpful when trying to put a face to a contact's name."
Users who have PowerPhoto installed in their CRM will also enjoy additional functionality with Power8CRM, a free Dynamics CRM companion app for Windows 8 tablets developed by PowerObjects. PowerPhoto allows Power8CRM users to easily view pictures associated with a record such as a contact or a task, and to take new pictures on the fly, right from their mobile tablet devices.
PowerObjects has developed over a dozen Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-ons that enhance functionality for marketing, sales, productivity and more. All of PowerObjects' add-ons are available for a free 30-day trial. Those interested can download PowerPhoto from the PowerObjects website.
