Financial investors to exit investment in Zenprise

Zenprise, Inc., a provider enterprise mobile management and mobile device management software, has agreed to be acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc., a designer, developer and marketer of information technology solutions. Both the companies are based in the US.
Zenprise has been backed by funding from Greylock Partners, Bay Partners, Ignition Partners, Mayfield Fund, Rembrandt Venture Partners and Shasta Ventures.
The transaction is anticipated to close during the first quarter of 2013.

The transaction allows Citrix to integrate the Zenprise solution for mobile device management with its Citrix CloudGateway(TM) and Me@Work(TM) solutions for managing mobile apps and data. This combination will give Citrix the first solution in the industry for managing mobile devices, apps and data from a single, integrated enterprise mobility product line.
