C Spire Wireless and Credera Join Forces and Unleash an Innovative Customer Solution
DALLAS --(Business Wire)--
Credera, a full-service management and technology consulting firm, led a
strategic CRM initiative for C Spire Wireless that continues to provide
huge efficiency gains, faster customer service, and increased customer
satisfaction. InformationWeek
500 recognized the ground-breaking initiative and ranked C Spire
Wireless the number one U.S. technology innovator in the Wireless
Industry.
"Credera's leadership and partnership with C Spire Wireless helped to
make the InformationWeek 500 win possible," said Carla Lewis, Sr.
Vice President, Information Technology, C Spire Wireless. "This project
was a 'game changer' for us internally and for the company. It's an
integral part of our personalization strategy and we continue to
increase functionality and performance."
C Spire Wireless, a regional wireless communications provider, engaged
Credera to lead strategic and development efforts for an easy-to-use,
fully-integrated, CRM solution. The custom solution offers C Spire
Wireless holistic customer views by aggregating information from several
internal and external systems for sales and service. Representatives are
able to provide consistent, faster, and more personalized service across
all customer touch points, including retail locations, call centers,
telesales, and third-party resellers. Prior to implementation,
representatives from all channels had to click-through as many as eight
different screens and applications in order to access information. After
implementation, all pertinent information is accessible on the main
screen, resulting in a 10-15 second efficiency savings - allowing more
time for representatives to educate, train, and care for customer needs.
"Credera has greatly enjoyed its partnership with C Spire Wireless ove
the past four years. We are proud of the results we accomplished
together and are thrilled InformationWeek 500 recognized C Spire
Wireless as number one in the Wireless Industry," said Rob
Borrego, President and CEO, Credera.
According to InformationWeek magazine, the InformationWeek 500
recognizes the most innovative U.S. business technology teams that make
notable improvements to their companies' operations. Companies complete
a rigorous application highlighting business technology strategies and
unconventional approaches. A panel of editors then evaluates applicants
before the rankings are announced.
