Toshiba Certifies N2Net for IPedge and Strata CIX

Toshiba America Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems Division and N2Net announced interoperability certification of N2Net's SIP trunking solution with Toshiba's IPedge and Strata CIX IP business communication systems.
In a release, the Company noted that N2Net SIP trunking is now available from authorized Toshiba Dealers.
"Certification of Toshiba's IPedge and Strata CIX with N2Net SIP provides enterprises the interoperability of a feature-rich telephone system with a high-quality SIP service that has disaster recovery capability at the service-provider level," said Mark Carpenter, vice president of Product Management for Toshiba America Information Systems, Telecommunication Systems Division.
"Authorized Toshiba Dealers can now offer their Toshiba IPedge and Strata CIX customers N2Net SIP, a cost-effective, easy-to-deploy and easy-to-manage SIP trunking solution as part of their enterprise telephony systems," said Jim Moorman, vice president of N2Net. "With its built-in disaster recovery capabilities, N2Net SIP gives enterprises the peace of mind that they will have business continuity in the event of a local disaster such as a fire or flood."
Benefits of N2Net SIP include:
-Point-to-point service options for guaranteed quality of service or the use of existing Internet connections with a QoS device;
-On-demand call paths;
-Built-in disaster recovery option;
-Support from on-staff SIP engineers; and
-Unlimited local and long distance across the 48 contiguous United States per call path or a-la-carte minute packages.
N2Net is an Internet telephony service provider.
