e-Zassi Announces Key Executive Appointments

e-Zassi today announced two additions to its executive team: Steve Berry joins as Chief Development Officer and Randy Odom as Senior Vice President, Sales.

Mr. Berry will be leading e-Zassi's product, business, and corporate development efforts. He joins e-Zassi after a distinguished career in the semiconductor industry where he led technology differentiated businesses at Texas Instruments (News - Alert), Atmel Corporation and Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Berry has 23 years of product development experience and is a master of maximizing return-on-innovation.

Mr. Odom will head up all e-Zassi sales efforts. He joins the company from N2N Global, a software development company focused on automating food safety compliance execution, where he directed their sales and marketing activities. Prior to his experience at N2N, Randy spent 26 yearswith IBM (News - Alert) where he led multiple high performance teams in the creation of new business ventures by combining IBM solutions with third-party applications and emerging technologies.
