Qumu is giving UBM Connection users a boost, with the IBM Connections Social Video Solution. With it, users can use video to share videos and collaborate using them with others within the IBM (News - Alert) Connections interface, with fast uploading and easy management for sharing and distribution.

With the Qumu IBM Connection, users can upload, manage, share and distribute videos directly from IBM Connections. It can upload directly to any IBM Connections page, or add an existing video to a blog post. Videos can be made quickly, then edited with screen capture and a webcam from any Connections page.

Embedded players keep the user within the page while playing the video.

The solution will be demonstrated at the UBM Connect 2013 Conference in Orlando. Qumu’s VP of Strategic Relationships, John Greenstein, will be demonstrating it at the IBM Partners Panel during the conference.
